Hi Friends with August - A little confused about pre orders?

Pre order window:

Pre orders will be available for 24 hours from 23.10.2025 7pm & close 24.10.25 7pm (NZT)

Estimated delivery:

delivery 1-2 weeks. orders are expected to arrive 30th october 2025/first week of November & will be shipped out as quickly as possible.

delays:

sometimes shipping is outside of our control & if there is a delay all customers will be notified by email

cancellations/refunds:

Pre orders cannot be cancelled once placed
